Hotel Longueville Manor
There are six categories of rooms and suites. The entry level is the Classic Room followed by Superior Rooms with Deluxe Rooms being the largest. A step up from the Deluxe Room are three Junior Suites followed by the distinguished Tower Suite and finally the ultimate Cottage Suite. Whether it‘s a short romantic break, a celebration weekend or a long family holiday, we are confident there is a room or suite that is right for you.
All bedrooms and suites are lovingly designed with a mood and character each of their own. A bespoke range of luxurious REN toiletries and gently scented candles ensure a sensual feel to every bathroom. Meanwhile in the bedrooms, guests will enjoy complimentary mineral water, fresh fruit, board games and a collection of the latest magazines. In addition, there is the latest technology, including iPod docking stations, Blu-ray DVD players, cordless telephones and complimentary high speed wifi throughout.
Comfortable double bedrooms, tastefully designed and furnished to the highest five star standard. These cozy bedrooms are appointed with meticulous care and attention to detail and include the same amenities and thoughtful touches as higher category rooms. Delightful bathrooms are equipped with the most luxurious fittings and help set the „Longueville“ mood. A Classic Room is recommended for shorter stays or single occupancy. Restful and inviting, Superior Rooms and their luxurious bathrooms are larger than Classic Rooms and are situated within different areas of the hotel. Each room has its own character and charm as no two are alike. As in all categories of rooms, the same magic is applied to design and layout with all the thoughtful touches in place. The Superior Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind and is recommended for that longer break. With only four Superior Rooms available, early bookings are advisable. Size: 30 sqm / 320 sq ft.
Spacious and elegant, made all the more luxurious by their intimate sitting and dining areas, not to mention their generous bathrooms. As with all categories of rooms, Deluxe Rooms are beautifully designed and decorated and include the usual Longueville Manor touches giving a real sense of luxury and indulgence! Many of the rooms have views overlooking the swimming pool or beautiful gardens, and all ground floor rooms have their own patio with direct access to the gardens. If you‘re looking for the perfect family accommodation, some rooms are interconnecting and others readily take an extra bed - with a handful up to two. Size: 40 sqm / 430 sq ft.
Pascali Junior Suite
Situated on the second floor of the West Wing, „Pascali“ is a glorious Junior Suite that is designed to take advantage of its wonderful position with magnificent views overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens. Pascali is spacious with a very subtle design using the best fabrics and an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furniture. No detail has been overlooked with both bathroom and bedroom assuring guests a cosseted and luxurious feel. Extra beds for children are easily accommodated and Pascali‘s private landing can lend itself as a small playroom. Size: 55 sqm / 590 sq ft.
Royal Highness Junior Suite
A gorgeous large double room with views extending towards the valley and beyond. Royal Highness reflects absolute indulgence at its best. The modern wet room with oversized shower loses its bath to the bedroom where, from within the bay window, you can just simply soak away the stresses of life. Contemporary fabrics and furnishings give way to the occasional antique, whilst overall the feeling is that of total relaxation and comfort. Royal Highness would be a highlight of any stay at Longueville. Size: 45 sqm / 485 sq ft.
Longueville Junior Suite
Featuring a magnificent 18th Century French four poster bed, this is the ultimate romantic hideaway.
This regal, yet thoroughly cosy Junior Suite reflects the bygone times of Longueville Manor. With views overlooking the swimming pool and valley beyond and situated in the oldest part of the building above the ancient Oak Room, the exclusive Longueville Suite is the ultimate romantic hideaway that promises guests a stay they will never forget. The luxurious and oversize bathroom comes with a traditional claw foot freestanding bath tub, large double power shower, wall mounted television and adjoining dressing room with walk-in wardrobe. With separate lounge and opulent bathroom, The Tower Suite is so named because of its position at the foot of the old north turret. Chic yet understated and more than just sumptuous, the bedroom with separate lounge enjoys a bathroom like no other in the hotel - contemporary yet uncompromisingly romantic, it features amongst many things, a gorgeous stone bath with a separate oversize shower. This intimate ground floor suite has direct access to the gardens and swimming pool and is a perfect destination for anyone seeking that ultimate special stay or even a family holiday. The Cottage Suite
This luxurious two bedroom suite is a charming 500 year old cottage, situated just a stone‘s throw from the main building. The ancient and the modern go hand in hand to provide the ultimate suite that boasts two luxurious en-suite double bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and a dining area for up to eight. Peony, the larger of the two bedrooms, enjoys an oversized bathroom with separate shower and is large enough to take an extra bed. Meanwhile, the second bedroom Honeysuckle, although slightly smaller is cosy yet thoroughly luxurious. The Cottage has many original features including a very rare Norman style front door, a typical Jersey granite fireplace and gigantic oak beams thought to have come from shipwrecked Tudor warships. Having just been totally renovated and re-decorated, The Cottage is now pure luxury at its best. The fresh country cottage theme combines with the latest technology to create a totally unique experience. The Cottage is the perfect solution for that exceptional family holiday or the ultimate romantic break. Size: 160 sqm / 1,720 sq ft on two floors.

Executive Head Chef, Andrew Baird has a vast experience of party menu planning and proposes a collection of menus appropriate for any event. His food is all about the finest ingredients, a respect for the seasons and above all a passion for sourcing from both local producers as well as the Manor’s own kitchen garden.
The Conference and Events Team are always available to deal with any enquiry and will ensure that every event, no matter how large or small, is organised down to the finest detail.
Longueville Manor offers guests an opportunity to either relax and be pampered, or the chance to catch up with the most arduous fitness regime. Tennis, croquet, fitness centre and jogging trails, not to mention the beautiful outdoor pool and recently added boutique spa, all ensure that every guest‘s enjoyment is fulfilled.
Throughout the Island, the number of sporting activities seem endless, whether it be on the water or on the land - horse riding, cycling, sailing, surfing - and the list goes on!
During the Summer months, the swimming pool and its terrace become the focal point of the hotel. The sophisticated, yet tranquil and relaxed setting is perfect for simply chilling out and unwinding.
„Fizz Too“ the hotel‘s very own 45 foot luxury motor yacht is available for charter exclusively for hotel guests. Perfect for island hopping, trips to France or simply dolphin watching.
Under the supervision of head gardener Pascal Ybert, the team of four tend the grounds as if they were their own.
In the mid-19th century, owner of the time, the Reverend W Bateman, re-landscaped the grounds and created more or less what we see today, the attractive lake, the beautiful specimen trees, the romantic walks and the kitchen garden itself. His wonderful creation is a project in progress with developments and new ideas ongoing. The historic kitchen garden once again provides an abundance of seasonal fruits and vegetables, whilst the 24 bee hives produce all the hotel‘s honey requirements throughout the year. Whether it‘s a stroll through the woods, a visit to the kitchen garden or simply a snooze by the pool, the beautiful Longueville gardens has something for everyone!
Awarded three AA rosettes, Longueville Manor is not only well known for its fine dining, comprehensive wine list and sophisticated cocktail bar, but also for satisfying jaded guests who‘s only desire is for something simple, casual and relaxed. Special requests are common place and kids are well looked after. During the Summer, the pool terrace plays host to a barbeque offering, whilst in the Winter, a sandwich in front of a roaring log fire is never too much trouble.
