Luxury hotel description
Cotswold House Hotel stands in the fine square of Chipping Campden, described as one of the most beautiful towns in England, and overlooks the 17th-century Market Hall. All the buildings glow with the yellow Cotswold stone, and reflect a history which goes back well over 1000 years. The name Campden, or Camperdene, appears to be Saxon, meaning ‚valley with fields‘. Over the last few years, we have built on the traditions of this glorious Regency townhouse. Retaining the best of the character and architecture, we have revolutionised the accommodation, restaurants and service to make it one of the finest Cotswold hotels. At Cotswold House there are room sizes and styles to suit everyone from deluxe doubles to suites with gardens and hot tubs. With baths big enough to share, cashmere throws and fireplaces with coal effect fires, we‘re pretty sure we‘ve thought of everything.
In Montrose House we‘ve gone to town on sumptuous luxury. Eight superb bedrooms joined to the main house. Giant stone baths, superb beds, mood lighting, underfloor heating... modesty forbids us from saying it‘s quite simply an outstanding hotel experience
